Hi, I'm Cindy B, welcome to my website.
I am a mixed media artist and digital designer; this business has been my dream for over 20 years. I took the long road here, raising my wonderful children and a corporate life took precedence over creating.
After experiencing some significant health issues, I was forced to walk away from that life and find a way to start over. The silver lining of this chaotic and challenging time was reconnecting with my first love - creating visual artworks!
There are two very different streams to my work........
First - is what I consider my traditional art, mostly land and seascapes. I am passionate about showcasing the abounding natural beauty of the NSW Far South Coast and Bermagui, where I grew up and my family has lived for generations.
Placing my artworks onto t-shirts & other products was born out of my utter frustration with almost EVERY seaside town along our fine coastline selling the same old t-shirts with the only difference being the town name printed under a generic image of a wave or palm tree, ARGH!!!
Second - is my designs, which are very different to my traditional art. They are fun, cheeky and sometimes a bit profane. These began as a way to relieve the pain, stress and frustration of my health journey. Originally, they were purely for me but, after much encouragement to "doing something with them'' I have decided to share them with you all!
